9kiss reserves the right to request proof of age and identity (KYC documentation) at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension and possible closure. Accepted identification documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent government-issued identification.

Each eligible User may hold one active account only. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, email address, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. You undertake to maintain and update this information promptly whenever changes occur. 9kiss may contact you at the email address or phone number provided during registration for account management, verification and responsible gambling purposes.

Account credentials — including your username, password and any one-time verification codes — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. All financial transactions on the 9kiss platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment channels are supported for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability at the time of the transaction:

• Bank Transfer via FPX — direct debit from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and other participating Malaysian banks.
• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Online Banking — instant transfer using a registered Malaysian bank account.
• Touch 'n Go eWallet — deposits from a linked and verified TNG eWallet account.
• Boost — via a registered and verified Boost eWallet account.
• GrabPay — via the GrabPay wallet integrated into the Grab application.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, processing times and applicable transaction fees are displayed at the point of transaction on the 9kiss platform and may be updated from time to time. Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated without the prior written consent of 9kiss are a material breach of these Terms. 9kiss reserves the right to recover the value of any unauthorised chargeback, plus reasonable administrative costs, from any balance held in the User's account.

Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening. 9kiss may delay or suspend a transaction pending satisfactory AML verification. Users whose transactions trigger AML controls may be required to provide additional supporting documentation before the transaction can be processed.

9kiss offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users from time to time. Every bonus is governed by specific promotional terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (for example, ×10, ×15 or ×20) will be clearly stated in each promotion. A ×15 requirement on an RM100 bonus means a total of MYR 1,500 in qualifying bets must be placed.
• A maximum bet limit of between MYR 250 and MYR 500 applies during any period when Bonus Funds remain active in the account. Bets placed above this limit while Bonus Funds are active may be voided at the sole discretion of 9kiss.
• Game contribution rates vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; table games and live dealer games typically contribute between 10% and 20% unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
• All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will be forfeited without further notice.
• Sticky bonuses cannot themselves be withdrawn. Only net winnings generated from the use of sticky Bonus Funds — after satisfying all wagering requirements — are eligible for withdrawal.
• A maximum cash-out limit may apply to certain bonuses. Where stated, winnings attributable to Bonus Funds may not exceed the specified cap regardless of the account balance at the point of withdrawal.
• 9kiss reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, including where it determines that a User is exploiting a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Each game available on the 9kiss platform operates according to its own documented rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game instructions and these Terms, these Terms shall govern general account and platform matters, while the specific game rules govern gameplay outcomes.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on the 9kiss platform are indicative figures based on long-term statistical averages across a large number of game rounds. RTP figures do not represent a guaranteed return on any individual session, wager or series of wagers. Gaming outcomes involve an element of chance and no system, strategy or tool can alter the mathematical probabilities inherent in any game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including server failure, disconnection, or software error — the affected round may be voided. 9kiss will endeavour to resolve such issues promptly and will communicate the outcome to affected Users. Bets voided due to technical malfunction will be refunded to the User's account balance.

9kiss does not accept arbitrage bets, matched bets, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors. Winnings derived from such activity will be voided and the responsible account may be closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9kiss platform. Any User found engaging in prohibited activity will be subject to account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether personally or through any intermediary.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other Users or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes, whether intentionally or after becoming aware of them without reporting.
• Using the 9kiss platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals outside the formal dispute process described in Section 12.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, after becoming aware of such restriction.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to use your account, whether knowingly or through negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9kiss, its directors, officers, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 9kiss platform or any service, content or product offered through it.

Without limiting the foregoing, 9kiss expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or damage to systems caused by malware acquired through use of the platform.
• Delays, interruptions or failures of the platform resulting from factors beyond 9kiss's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account closure or bonus forfeiture.
• Decisions made by Users to participate in any game, market or promotional offer, including the financial outcome of such decisions.

Nothing in these Terms limits 9kiss's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

9kiss aims to resolve all User concerns promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account, a game outcome, a transaction or a promotion, please follow the procedure below:
